Breathe

Breathe is an animated short film about a depressed student, Bophelo, who finds herself in a toxic friendship with a personified character of her depression. It reinforces maladaptive behaviours and forces Bophelo to relive her past traumas to perpetuate her depression and isolate her from the world.
